DUSTLOCK™ on commercial sites will keep dust down and control mud and erosion. Road beds that have been historically treated by dust lock may be scarified with ‘stingers’ once again in the preparation process to afford application in the following years. In some heavy haul road applications we may have to apply an extra rate amount. An extra spread of chips, pea rock or sand expands the life of dust lock.

DUSTLOCK™, unlike other dust suppressants, is formulated to be non-corrosive so it won't harm valuable equipment. DUSTLOCK™ is easily cleaned up with warm soap and water and in extreme cases, over-the-counter mineral spirits will do the job.

Because of the special formulation of DUSTLOCK™ some residual benefits are realized. This means no blading, less resource loss (gravel) less road washout and erosion, less wash boarding and less pot holes. Environmentally speaking, the impact is reduced by the care Environmental Dust Control of the Midwest has taken in the formulation of DUSTLOCK™.
